I must say, your art on Invincible is some of the best superhero work on the market today. So I have to ask, do you have any plans for after Invincible (hopefully never) ends? Or possibly a small side project similar to Sea Bear & Grizzly Shark. I loved the one-shot.

I still work on side projects, although very slowly due to already being insanely busy on Invincible. But stuff will come out eventually! Also, Invincible has no end in sight.

Yes there is a link, but that’s called piracy. Just stick to comic shops or Comixology digital comics, and wash that potty mouth out with soap.

I use to post my work on Digitalwebbing.com and Penicljack.com, but there is no guarantee of crits. I think there are lots of other sites out there, just have to search.

Hey Ryan, How do you (personally) motivate yourself to draw things that just aren't that exciting to draw? I know every artist needs to be capable and willing to draw anything at any given time, but how can you do that while keeping it fun and interesting?

I can’t think of too many things I hate drawing. Sometimes I don’t feel like drawing at all, and even stuff that should be fun just wears on me. Means I need a break.
I think if you hate drawing something it might be because it’s hard for you to draw? Which means you need to draw it more so you are better at it.
So in conclusion, here’s a prescription.
Draw the thing you hate 100 times in 100 different ways in a sketchbook then call me on the morning.
